To improve your technicals individuals skills Training keeps you on top of your game, it keeps you physically fit enough to stay on the pitch for 90 minutes, but it also helps maintain the right mentality.
Technical training is about developing your technical skills on the pitch. It generally includes dribbling, passing, shooting, heading and tackling. But it can also be a position specific (striker, defender, midfielder…)
There’s no perfect timetable for private soccer training. Every player and club will have their own training schedule. But if you wish to improve your skills it is good to do at least 2 or 3 privates trainings per week.
Private trainings last 60minutes.
Open sessions is available only for U17-U25 (4 trainings per week + 1 friendly game, minimum 4 players per sessions. Trainings are available from age U8 to U20.
